8 When washing hands was complete an employee did not use the towel to turn off the faucet of the handsink. In order to avoid recontaminating their hands, you must use a single use towel to turn off the faucet after handwashing.
HANDWASHING WAS DISCUSSED WITH EMPLOYEE AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
