When washing hands was complete an employee did not use the towel to turn off the faucet of the handsink. In order to avoid recontaminating their hands, you must use a single use towel to turn off the faucet after handwashing. HANDWASHING WAS DISCUSSED WITH EMPLOYEE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. - 2-301.12 (C): (C) TO avoid recontaminating their hands or surrogate prosthetic devices, FOOD EMPLOYEES may use disposable paper towels or similar clean barriers when touching surfaces such as manually operated faucet handles on a HANDWASHING SINK or the handle of a restroom door. - V,COS |
